In Gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux) Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a chronic (long-term) condition in which there is an excess production of acid in the stomach. Reden O Injection reduces the amount of acid your stomach makes and relieves the pain associated with heartburn and acid reflux. You should take it exactly as it is prescribed for it to be effective. Some simple lifestyle changes can help reduce the symptoms of GERD. Think about what foods trigger heartburn and try to avoid them; eat smaller, more frequent meals; try to lose weight if you are overweight and try to find ways to relax. Do not eat within 3-4 hours of going to bed. In Nausea Reden O Injection blocks the action of chemicals in the body that can make you feel or be sick. It is often used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused due to some medicines or cancer treatment. This medicine helps you recover more comfortably from cancer treatments such as radiation therapy or chemotherapy. It is also effective at preventing nausea and vomiting after an operation (in adults only). The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but always follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get the most benefit. In Acidity Reden O Injection relieves excessive acidity in your stomach which prevents heartburn, irritation, stomach pain, and indigestion. Usually, it is used along with other medicines for management of your condition. Take a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Constipation, Headache, Drowsiness, Fatigue, Muscle pain, Dryness in mouth, Flushing of skin']

Reden O Injection is a combination of two medicines: Ondansetron and ranitidine which prevent nausea and vomiting. Ondansetron is an antiemetic (anti-nausea medicine). It inhibits the action of serotonin, a chemical messenger that can trigger nausea and vomiting. Ranitidine is an H2 blocker (antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Reden O Injection.

Pregnancy

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Reden O Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Breast feeding

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Reden O Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving

SAFE - Reden O Injection does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

CAUTION - Reden O Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Reden O Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Reden O Injection should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Reden O Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
