Roliflo OD 4 Capsule ER is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This helps empty the bladder completely and reduces the need to pass urine frequently or urgently in BPH.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - Roliflo OD 4 Capsule ER may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.

Liver

CAUTION - Roliflo OD 4 Capsule ER should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Roliflo OD 4 Capsule ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Roliflo OD 4 Capsule ER, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
