It also contains Vitamin D3 supplements, that help relieve any muscle pain that may be caused due to the cholesterol lowering medicine. Additionally, they also improve heart health. Take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes (such as eating healthy and staying active) to maximize the effectiveness of this medicine. Keep taking it even if you feel well.

Rosloy D 10 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Rosuvastatin and Vitamin D3 which treat high cholesterol. Rosuvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication (statin). It works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-CoA-reductase) that is required in the body to make cholesterol. It thus lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL). Vitamin D3 is added to relieve the muscular pain caused by Rosuvastatin.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Rosloy D 10 Tablet.

Pregnancy

UNSAFE - Rosloy D 10 Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Rosloy D 10 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving

SAFE - Rosloy D 10 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Rosloy D 10 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rosloy D 10 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Rosloy D 10 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rosloy D 10 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Rosloy D 10 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
