In Treatment of Bacterial & parasitic infections Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup is an antibiotic medicine given to children for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial and parasitic infections, such as tooth abscess, gum infection, pneumonia, diarrhea, dysentery, burning sensation while passing urine, and genital tract infection. It is most likely that your child?s infection will start showing improvement within 3 to 5 days of the regular dosing. But, you must finish the full course of the medicine and never stop it abruptly by yourself as that may worsen your child?s condition or cause infection recurrence. In Treatment of Diarrhea Diarrhea is a condition in which you frequently pass loose, watery stools. Diarrhea is mainly due to bacterial infections. Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup helps treat diarrhea by killing the bacteria causing infections as well as prevents them for multiplying. Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup can relieve frequent loose motions and also help you to stay well by preventing them from coming back. Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup also gives you relief from stomach pain in case of diarrhea. You need to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it and you should drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated. In Treatment of Dysentery Dysentery is a bacterial or parasitic infection of the intestines in which you pass loose and watery stools with blood and at times some mucus. You may have severe stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting. Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup works by stopping the growth of bacteria and parasites causing infection. It relieves these symptoms and also helps you to stay well by preventing them from coming back. Dysentery can cause loss of water and electrolytes from the body. Therefore it is necessary to drink plenty of fluids and use oral rehydration solutions if necessary to avoid dehydration. Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup is recommended. However, Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup should be used with caution in children with severe liver impairment. Consult with your child€™s doctor before giving this medicine to your child.
