Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time.

Alcohol

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Senmol Active 50mg/650mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Kidney

Doctor consultation is advised. However, Senmol Active 50mg/650mg Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.

Liver

Caution Advised: Senmol Active 50mg/650mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Senmol Active 50mg/650mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Senmol Active 50mg/650mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Senmol Active 50mg/650mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Senmol Active 50mg/650mg Tablet is used to get relief from headache. You can take a dose of Senmol Active 50mg/650mg Tablet every 4-6 hours if needed, up to four times a day. Remember to leave at least four hours between doses and do not take more than four doses in any 24-hour period. Taking too much of this medicine can cause damage to your liver because of the presence of paracetamol in it. Managing your stress levels well and taking 6-7 hours of sleep at night can help prevent a headache.
