In Metabolic acidosis Metabolic acidosis is a condition in which there is too much acid in the body. SODAC 8.4% INJECTION neutralizes the acid produced in the stomach and thus reduces irritation in the stomach and intestine. This further prevents complications that may arise due to metabolic acidosis such as osteoporosis, kidney damage, weakening of muscles, fatigue etc. It is given as an injection by a doctor or nurse and should not be self-administered. Follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get the most benefit. In Drug intoxication SODAC 8.4% INJECTION helps in the removal of toxic substances from the body in certain types of poisonings by tricyclic antidepressants, toxic alcohols, and salicylates, and other conditions such as hyperkalemia (high potassium level in the body). It is given as an injection by a doctor or nurse and helps you recover faster. In Severe Diarrhea Diarrhea is a condition in which you frequently pass loose, watery stools. This leads to the loss of salts and electrolytes from your body. SODAC 8.4% INJECTION helps in case of severe diarrhea by improving salt and electrolyte levels. SODAC 8.4% INJECTION is given in injection form and thus should be taken under a doctor's supervision. In Treatment of Indigestion Indigestion is a feeling of discomfort or a burning sensation in the upper part of your stomach. It also causes stomach pain and a feeling of fullness. SODAC 8.4% INJECTION treats indigestion and thus gives relief from its symptoms by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. SODAC 8.4% INJECTION also gives relief from excess gas by breaking trapped gas and allows its easy passage. Take SODAC 8.4% INJECTION as prescribed by the doctor. Think about what foods trigger indigestion and try to avoid them; eat smaller, more frequent meals; try to lose weight if you are overweight, and try to find ways to relax. Avoid eating within 3-4 hours of going to bed.

Pregnancy

Driving

SAFE - SODAC 8.4% INJECTION does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

CAUTION - SODAC 8.4% INJECTION should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of SODAC 8.4% INJECTION may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - SODAC 8.4% INJECTION should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of SODAC 8.4% INJECTION may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of SODAC 8.4% INJECTION, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
