Spascool Oral Drops is a mixture of two active medicines Dicyclomine, an antispasmodic agent, and Simethicone, an antifoaming medicine. Whereas, Simethicone disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

However, Spascool Oral Drops should be used with caution in children with severe kidney disease. Discuss with your child€™s doctor thoroughly before giving this medicine to your child.

Liver
