Pain relief

In Pain relief Spasnac Tablet effectively gives relief from joint, muscle and back pain, toothache, menstrual pain, or pain in the ear and throat. It prevents the release of substances that causes pain and swelling. Take it as prescribed to get the most benefit. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Heartburn, Stomach pain, Indigestion, Loss of appetite, Diarrhea']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Spasnac Tablet is to be taken with food.

Spasnac Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Fenpiverinium and Pitofenone. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness). Fenpiverinium and Pitofenone are anticholinergics. They work by inhibiting the nerve impulses which are responsible for causing pain and muscular contractions in the digestive tract, urinary tract and other organs.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Spasnac Tablet.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Spasnac Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Information regarding the use of Spasnac Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.

Driving

UNSAFE - Spasnac Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Spasnac Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

CAUTION - Spasnac Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Spasnac Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Spasnac Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Spasnac Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time.

If you miss a dose of Spasnac Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
