It may also be used to relieve fever, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Spasnac Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. Some of the common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, indigestion, loss of appetite, and diarrhea. How it works

Spasnac Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Fenpiverinium and Pitofenone. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness). Fenpiverinium and Pitofenone are anticholinergics. They work by inhibiting the nerve impulses which are responsible for causing pain and muscular contractions in the digestive tract, urinary tract and other organs.
