Along with taking Sucroff D Kid Syrup, gargling with warm salt water and having ginger or honey can help you manage dry cough.

Sucroff D Kid Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Ambroxol, cetirizine, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine which relieve dry cough. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

If you miss a dose of Sucroff D Kid Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
