Overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms

Tamlet 2 Capsule ER is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This helps empty the bladder completely and reduces the need to pass urine frequently or urgently in BPH.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - Tamlet 2 Capsule ER may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.

Pregnancy

Driving

UNSAFE - Tamlet 2 Capsule ER may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

CAUTION - Tamlet 2 Capsule ER should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tamlet 2 Capsule ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Tamlet 2 Capsule ER should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Tamlet 2 Capsule ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Tamlet 2 Capsule ER, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
