Tapkof Dmr Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Guaifenesin, bromhexine, chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan which relieve dry cough. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
