Treatment of Premature ejaculation

In Treatment of Premature ejaculation TD Pill Tablet increases the level of a chemical called serotonin in the brain. This increases the time taken to ejaculate and improves control over ejaculation. This helps reduce any frustration or worry that you may have due to quick ejaculation and improves your confidence. It is usually taken 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity is anticipated. Do not take this medicine more than once a day.

TD Pill Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.

Alcohol

Driving

Not Safe: TD Pill Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. You may feel sleepy, dizzy, faint, have difficulty concentrating and blurred vision while taking this medicine. This may affect your driving ability.

Kidney

Caution Advised: TD Pill Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of TD Pill Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: TD Pill Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of TD Pill Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of TD Pill Tablet 10 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Take it 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. Do not take it more than once every 24 hours or every day. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how TD Pill Tablet affects you. It may cause sudden drop in your blood pressure. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Inform your doctor if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse. Do not take TD Pill Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months, or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
