It also blocks chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain sensation. This helps to treat abdominal pain (or stomach pain) as well as cramps, bloating and discomfort. Take Tinorid Plus Tablet as prescribed to get maximum benefit. Eventually, it will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a more active and better quality of life. In Diarrhea Diarrhea is an increase in the frequency of bowel movements or loose watery bowel movements. It can most commonly occur due to an infection of the digestive tract. Tinorid Plus Tablet helps to treat diarrhea that is caused due to bacteria or parasitic worm infections. This medicine can relieve frequent loose motions and also help you to stay well by preventing them from coming back. You need to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it and you should drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tinorid Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Tinorid Plus Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Simethicone, Dicyclomine, Diloxanide and Tinidazole which treat intestinal infections. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.is a luminal amoebicide which acts inside the intestines to kill the infection-causing microorganisms (amoeba). Diloxanide is combined with tinidazole in case of severe intestinal infections. Tinidazole is an antibiotic which kills bacteria and other infectious microorganisms by damaging the DNA.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - Consuming alcohol while taking Tinorid Plus Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Tinorid Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Information regarding the use of Tinorid Plus Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.

Driving

UNSAFE - Tinorid Plus Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Tinorid Plus Tablet may make you feel drowsy or gives you problems with coordination or sensation (e.g. numbness or weakness). This may affect your driving ability.

Kidney

CAUTION - Tinorid Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tinorid Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Tinorid Plus Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Tinorid Plus Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Tinorid Plus Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
