It can also be given to older children, adolescents and adults who were either not vaccinated in childhood, or didn't have two doses of the vaccine. Inform your doctor if you or your child has an infection with a high temperature, as vaccination may need to be delayed until recovery. Do not take Tresivac Vaccine if you are pregnant. Avoid getting pregnant for one month after having this vaccine. It may cause fever. Inform your doctor if it does not go away or if the fever gets too high (more than 102 degree fahrenheit). This vaccine may cause mild measles or mumps-type symptoms. However, it is not infectious.
