Tri Cardace Forte Kit is a combination of three medicines: Amlodipine, Atorvastatin and Ramipril. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). It works by relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication. It lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL). Ramipril is an ACE inhibitor which reduces stress on the heart and relaxes blood vessels so that blood flows more smoothly. Together they reduce the risk of heart diseases.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tri Cardace Forte Kit.

Pregnancy

UNSAFE - Tri Cardace Forte Kit is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Tri Cardace Forte Kit is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving

UNSAFE - Tri Cardace Forte Kit may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Tri Cardace Forte Kit may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.

Kidney

CAUTION - Tri Cardace Forte Kit should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tri Cardace Forte Kit may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for dose adjustment.

Liver

CAUTION - Tri Cardace Forte Kit should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Tri Cardace Forte Kit may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Inform your doctor if you develop any signs and symptoms of jaundice while taking this medicine.

If you miss a dose of Tri Cardace Forte Kit, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
