This improves your sleep, mood and reduces tiredness that can be caused by the pain. Tricobal PG Tablet also provides essential nutrients to the nerves for its proper functioning and development and protects them from further damage. Along with taking Tricobal PG Tablet, other treatments like physical therapy, accupuncture, massage or relaxation therapy can help you get relief from neuropathic pain. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tricobal PG Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Tricobal PG Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Pregabalin, Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are forms of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Folic Acid is also a form of vitamin B which provides essential nutrients to the nerves. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

UNSAFE - Tricobal PG Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Tricobal PG Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Tricobal PG Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Tricobal PG Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
