Pain due to muscle spasm

In Pain due to muscle spasm Trois CX Tablet treats pain due to muscle spasm by relaxing stiff muscles. It also reduces swelling in the muscles. Altogether, it helps in easy movement and reduces discomfort. Trois CX Tablet also helps reduce fever associated with muscle spasm. Take it as prescribed. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Indigestion, Diarrhea, Stomach pain, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Weakness']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Trois CX Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Trois CX Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Lornoxicam, Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Trois CX Tablet.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Trois CX Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Information regarding the use of Trois CX Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.

Driving

UNSAFE - Trois CX Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Trois CX Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Trois CX Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Trois CX Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Trois CX Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Trois CX Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Trois CX Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
