Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium neutralize the excess acid in stomach. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

If you miss a dose of Tufcid Spas Oral Suspension, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
