Turrant 10 mg/5 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Domperidone, Flunarizine and Paracetamol which prevent migraine accompanied by nausea/vomiting. Domperidone is an antiemetic and prokinetic which blocks the action of a dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker which works by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels in the head thereby preventing migraine headache. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain.

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Driving

Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Turrant 10 mg/5 mg/500 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Turrant 10 mg/5 mg/500 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
CAUTION - Turrant 10 mg/5 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Turrant 10 mg/5 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Turrant 10 mg/5 mg/500 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
If you miss a dose of Turrant 10 mg/5 mg/500 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
