This in turn reduces discomfort and helps in easy movement. Unflem 325 mg/4 mg Tablet MR works by blocking chemicals in our brain that are responsible for pain sensation and swelling in the muscles. By reducing pain, it improves the quality of your life. Unflem 325 mg/4 mg Tablet MR also helps reduce fever associated with muscular pain.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Unflem 325 mg/4 mg Tablet MR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Unflem 325 mg/4 mg Tablet MR is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Thiocolchicoside, which relieves pain and relax the muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Unflem 325 mg/4 mg Tablet MR.

Pregnancy

Liver

CAUTION - Unflem 325 mg/4 mg Tablet MR should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Unflem 325 mg/4 mg Tablet MR may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Unflem 325 mg/4 mg Tablet MR is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Unflem 325 mg/4 mg Tablet MR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
