Vertibel CD 15mg/20mg Tablet helps treat this sensation effectively. If you feel dizzy while getting up from the bed, sit for a while and then rise slowly to avoid having an accidental fall. It will be more effective if you take this medicine regularly as prescribed so try not to miss doses. Vertibel CD 15mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Cinnarizine. Domperidone is an antiemetic and a prokinetic. It works by blocking the action of dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Cinnarizine is calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear.
