It also works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet should be taken without food. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor, preferably at a fixed time each day. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment. Never stop this medicine suddenly without talking to the doctor. How it works
Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Betahistine and Domperidone which relieve symptoms of Ménière?s disease. Betahistine is a histamine analog which works by improving blood flow in the inner ear. This lowers the build-up of fluid pressure in the inner ear. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.

Pregnancy
