In Treatment of Bacterial infections : Zeox CV Dry Syrup helps treat infections that are caused by bacteria. It contains two medicines, Cefixime, and Clavulanic acid. Cefixime stops the growth of infection-causing bacteria. Clavulanic Acid enhances the activity of Cefixime against the bacteria as well as reduces resistance of the bacteria to the antibiotic. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all the infectious bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

How Zeox CV Dry Syrup works Zeox CV Dry Syrup is a potent antibiotic comprising two active medicines: Cefixime and Clavulanic acid. Cefixime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is essential for the survival of the bacteria. By doing so, this medicine stops the infection-causing bacteria from growing and prevents the infection from spreading without making the bacteria resistant to further treatment. The second ingredient, clavulanic acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. It reduces resistance and enhances the activity of cefixime against bacteria.
Kidney
Zeox CV Dry Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Zeox CV Dry Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Liver
Zeox CV Dry Syrup is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Zeox CV Dry Syrup is recommended.However, consult with your child�s doctor before giving Zeox CV Dry Syrup to your child in case of a severe form of liver disease.
Remain calm. Unless your child�s doctor has provided specific instructions, administer the missed dose once recalled. If it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Adhere to the prescribed dosing schedule and avoid administering a double dose to compensate for the missed one.

Your child must complete the entire course of antibiotics. Stopping too soon may cause the bacteria to multiply again, become resistant, or cause another infection. Zeox CV Dry Syrup may cause a bitter taste. Eating citrus fruit or sipping plenty of water or fruit juice may help.
