It can also reduce feelings of restlessness, tiredness, difficulty concentrating, feeling irritable and sleep problems that often come with Anxiety Disorder. It will therefore help you go about your daily activities more easily and be more productive. Keep taking this medicine even if you feel well. Stopping suddenly can cause serious problems.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Zoltweet Forte Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Alprazolam and Propranolol. Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in brain. Propranolol is a beta blocker which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers on the heart and blood vessels. This reduces heart rate, blood pressure, and strain on the heart.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Zoltweet Forte Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Zoltweet Forte Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Zoltweet Forte Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving

Not Safe: Zoltweet Forte Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Zoltweet Forte Tablet may cause visual disturbances, hallucinations, fatigue, mental confusion, dizziness or tiredness. This may affect your driving ability.

Kidney

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Zoltweet Forte Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Zoltweet Forte Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Zoltweet Forte Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Zoltweet Forte Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is advisable for dose adjustment.

If a dose of Zoltweet Forte Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Zoltweet Forte Tablet is used for the treatement of anxiety. It can take a week or two after starting this treatment before the effect begins to build up, and 4-6 weeks before you feel the full benefit. Do not stop taking it after a week or two, feeling it is not helping. Do not stop taking Zoltweet Forte Tablet unless your doctor tells you to do so. Stopping treatment suddenly can cause problems and your doctor will probably want you to reduce your dose gradually when this becomes necessary. Avoid getting up too fast from a sitting or lying position, or you may feel dizzy. Get up slowly and steady yourself to prevent a fall. If you are due to have an operation or dental treatment, it is important to tell the person carrying out the treatment that you are taking this medicine. Try to keep your regular appointments with your doctor. This is so your doctor can check on your progress.
