Acicul Syrup is a combination medicine used to treat acidity and indigestion. It relieves the symptoms of acidity such as heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation. How it works
Acicul Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Magaldrate and Dimethicone. Magaldrate is an inorganic salt that neutralises the excess acid in stomach. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
