Nitch Cream is a medicine used to temporarily treat allergic skin conditions. It relieves itching and pain caused by insect bites, minor burns, minor skin irritations, or rashes from various allergens. It works by blocking certain chemicals that are responsible for inflammation, itching, etc. Nitch Cream is for external use only. Use it in the exact dose and duration directed by your doctor. Clean and dry the affected area before applying it. Then gently apply it to the affected area. Do not use a larger amount and do not cover the treated area with tight clothing or bandages. This will increase the risk of getting side effects. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after using the medicine. Avoid getting the medicine in your eyes, nose, ears, or mouth. In case of accidental contact, wipe it off and rinse the area with plenty of water. Use of this medicine may cause burning, itching, irritation, and redness at the site of application. These are usually temporary and resolve with time. However, if they do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Before you use this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any other medical conditions. Let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are using or taking to treat for the same condition or other medical conditions.

Pregnancy
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Nitch Cream is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Breast feeding
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Nitch Cream is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. The baby's skin should not come into direct contact with the treated area of skin. Water-miscible cream/gel is preferred as ointments may expose the baby to harmful effects of Nitch Cream via licking.
If you miss a dose of Nitch Cream, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
