Sore throat

In Sore throat Sore throat refers to pain and discomfort in the throat that is usually seen in bacterial or viral infections. STREPCLEAR LOZENGES (ORANGE) helps reduce the pain and discomfort and makes you feel better. It kills the microorganisms causing the infection in the throat and soothes the irritated throat. This helps you carry out normal daily activities like swallowing, talking, eating. You may also drink warm water or have ginger tea, avoid cold foods for additional relief.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not handle the tablets with wet hands. Place it in your mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly. Do not chew or swallow. It may take sometime to dissolve. STREPCLEAR LOZENGES (ORANGE) may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

STREPCLEAR LOZENGES (ORANGE) is a combination of two medicines: Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol and Amylmetacresol which treat sore throat. These are mild antiseptics that kill the bacteria associated with throat infections.

If you miss a dose of STREPCLEAR LOZENGES (ORANGE), take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
