Common side effects of Abiraterone Acetate include decreased potassium levels in the blood, high blood pressure, urinary tract infection, diarrhea, increased triglyceride levels in the blood, sepsis, cardiac failure, angina pectoris, atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, dyspepsia, blood in urine, peripheral edema, and fractures.
