Acebrophylline is a mucolytic and bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles of the airways while thinning and loosening mucus, making it easier to breathe. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator that also relaxes the muscles in the airways and widens them, facilitating easier breathing. Menthol is an organic compound that produces a sensation of coolness and alleviates minor throat irritation.
