How it Works
How Calamine, Aloe Vera, and Liquid Paraffin Work Calamine, Aloe Vera, and Liquid Paraffin is a combination of three medicines. Calamine has mild astringent and antipruritic properties. It is an anti-itch medication that works by creating a cooling sensation as it evaporates on the skin. Aloe Vera is a plant whose extracts form a protective layer on the skin by restoring moisture, leaving it feeling hydrated and refreshed. Liquid Paraffin is an emollient, a substance that softens or soothes the skin. It works by preventing water loss from the outer layer of the skin, relieving dryness and leaving the skin soft and hydrated.
