Amoxycillin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their protective covering. Bromhexine is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. The addition of Bromhexine enhances the antibacterial effect of Amoxycillin.
Side Effects
Common side effects of Amoxycillin and Bromhexine include nausea, diarrhea, bloating, indigestion, dizziness, headache, sweating, skin rash, and allergic reactions.
