How Tranexamic Acid, Kojic Acid, Arbutin, Magnesium, Vitamin E, and Mulberry Extract Work Tranexamic Acid, Kojic Acid, Arbutin, Magnesium, Vitamin E, and Mulberry Extract is a combination of six ingredients. Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic that protects the skin from UV radiation and reduces pigmentation. Kojic Acid is also an anti-pigmentation agent that suppresses the formation of melanin, the pigment that gives color to the skin. Arbutin is a natural skin lightening agent that decreases melanin production. Magnesium and Vitamin E provide essential nutrients for the skin. Mulberry extract acts as an antioxidant, preventing premature aging and reducing wrinkles. Together, these ingredients effectively treat melasma.
