Cetirizine is an antihistamine that relieves allergy symptoms such as a runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Paracetamol serves as an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer) by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Caffeine is a stimulant that enhances the effectiveness of Paracetamol and reduces drowsiness caused by Cetirizine. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that constricts small blood vessels, providing temporary relief from nasal congestion.

Side Effects
