How Camylofin and Diclofenac work Camylofin and Diclofenac is a combination of two medicines: Camylofin and Diclofenac, which relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Camylofin is an anticholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines. It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby alleviating cramps and pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause abdominal pain and inflammation.
