How it Works

How Pantoprazole, Chlordiazepoxide, and Clidinium work Pantoprazole, Chlordiazepoxide, and Clidinium is a combination of three medications used to treat irritable bowel syndrome. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid in the stomach, relieving acid-related indigestion and heartburn. Clidinium is an anticholinergic medication that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines. It prevents sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby alleviating cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
