Common side effects of Ethinyl Estradiol and Drospirenone include nausea, headache, breast pain, breast tenderness, menstrual disorders, depression, migraine, intermenstrual bleeding, vaginal discharge, and vaginal yeast infection.

    • Your skin and the whites of your eyes turning yellow (jaundice)
    • Severe stomach pain
    • Severe depression
    • If you think you could be pregnant
