Common side effects of Stavudine, Lamivudine, and Efavirenz include drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, dryness of the mouth, tiredness, headache, fever, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), nightmares, peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness in the feet and hands), and skin rash.

Stavudine + Lamivudine + Efavirenz is a combination of three medications that slows down or stops the progression of HIV infections.
Take the medication on an empty stomach, preferably at bedtime, to minimize side effects.
Skipping doses increases the risk of treatment failure; ensure that you take all doses at the correct time.
Stavudine + Lamivudine + Efavirenz may cause dizziness or sleepiness; avoid driving or engaging in activities requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
This combination therapy can cause birth defects; use effective contraception while taking Stavudine + Lamivudine + Efavirenz and for 12 weeks after stopping it.
It may lead to weakening of your bones; exercise regularly and consider taking calcium and vitamin D supplements as advised by your doctor.
Your doctor may monitor your kidney and liver functions regularly.
Inform your doctor if you experience symptoms such as abdominal pain, loss of appetite, darkened urine, or yellowing of the eyes or skin.
Do not stop taking Stavudine + Lamivudine + Efavirenz without your doctor’s advice.
