How Terbinafine and Fluticasone Propionate work Terbinafine and Fluticasone Propionate is a combination of two medicines: Terbinafine and Fluticasone Propionate, which treat skin infections. Terbinafine is an antifungal that inhibits the growth of fungi on the skin by preventing them from forming their protective covering. Fluticasone Propionate is a steroid that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause the skin to become red, swollen, and itchy.
Side Effects
Common side effects of Terbinafine and Fluticasone Propionate include application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness, as well as skin peeling.

- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or vagina.
- If accidental contact occurs, rinse the affected area with cold water.
- Personal hygiene tips:

- Avoid sharing towels or clothing with others.
