You have been prescribed Theophylline + Levosalbutamol for the treatment of asthma.
It should be taken at the same time each day, preferably in the evening after food.
This medication does not work immediately and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems.
Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you.
Your doctor may conduct regular blood tests to ensure you are taking the correct dose.
Your doctor may also monitor your blood potassium levels regularly.
Inform your doctor if you notice muscle twitching or weakness, or an irregular heartbeat.
Do not stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
