Common side effects of Ramipril and Losartan include nausea, altered taste, stomach pain, diarrhea, indigestion, cough, headache, dizziness, weakness, increased potassium levels in the blood, and decreased blood pressure.

  • You have been prescribed Ramipril + Losartan for the treatment of high blood pressure.
  • Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes and heart attacks.
  • This medication may cause dizziness; therefore, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
  • It may increase potassium levels in the blood; avoid taking potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods such as bananas and broccoli.
  • This medication can be harmful to an unborn baby; do not take it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
  • Inform your doctor if you become pregnant while taking Ramipril + Losartan.
