Clopidogrel (Antiplatelet medicine): Concomitant use with NULL may reduce the activation and effectiveness of clopidogrel, potentially lowering its ability to prevent blood clots.

Phenytoin and Diazepam (Antiepileptic / Sedative medicines): NULL can slow the breakdown of these medicines, leading to increased blood levels and a higher risk of side effects.

Digoxin (Cardiac glycoside): NULL may increase digoxin absorption, particularly in elderly patients, increasing the risk of digoxin toxicity.

Methotrexate (Immunosuppressant / Chemotherapy agent): High-dose methotrexate used with NULL may lead to delayed clearance and increased toxicity.

Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, and Other pH-Dependent Antifungals: Reduced stomach acidity caused by NULL can decrease absorption and effectiveness of medicines that require an acidic environment.

Iron Salts and Vitamin B12: Long-term acid suppression may reduce absorption of iron and vitamin B12, potentially leading to deficiency with prolonged use.
