NULL can be used as a standalone treatment (monotherapy) or as an add-on therapy with other anti-seizure medications.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one, as this increases the risk of side effects like severe dizziness.
