It can be taken with or without food; however, taking it with food may help reduce nausea.

Excessive spending
Increased sexual urges

Avoid activities that require alertness, such as driving, until you understand how this medication affects you.
When you first start taking Pramipexole, it may cause a sudden drop in blood pressure when changing positions.
