• Slow Transitions: To avoid "head rushes" or dizziness, get up slowly from a sitting or lying position.

• Licorice (Moderate): Natural licorice can interfere with Spironolactone and counteract its effects.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is late in the evening or close to your next dose, skip the missed dose to avoid frequent nighttime urination. Continue your regular schedule the next day. Do not take a double dose.
