Vinorelbine is used in the treatment of breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer.

Vinorelbine works by blocking the replication of genetic material (DNA) in cancer cells. This action halts the growth and multiplication of these cells.
Side Effects
Common side effects of Vinorelbine include nausea, vomiting, weakness, fatigue, hair loss, low blood platelets, increased liver enzymes, fever, anemia (low number of red blood cells), bleeding, and constipation.
