In Opioid (Morphine) dependence Opioids are prescribed to treat pain. With prolonged use, the body may become dependent on them and cause withdrawal symptoms, which makes it difficult to stop taking them. Addnok 0.2mg Tablet helps prevent these cravings that lead to opioid dependence and also helps the person to refrain from taking them repeatedly.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. Addnok 0.2mg Tablet is an opioid partial agonist. It prevents withdrawal symptoms in patients who stop taking opioid drugs by producing similar effects to these drugs.
Alcohol
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Addnok 0.2mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Pregnancy
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Addnok 0.2mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Breast feeding
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Addnok 0.2mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Driving
Not Safe: Addnok 0.2mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
Caution Advised: Addnok 0.2mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Addnok 0.2mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Liver
Caution Advised: Addnok 0.2mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Addnok 0.2mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Addnok 0.2mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with serious liver disease.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
Take it at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Addnok Sublingual tablet can cause dizziness and sleepiness. Avoid drinking alcohol or taking other medicines that can cause drowsiness. Discontinue the medicine and inform your doctor if you experience difficulty breathing. Do not stop taking Addnok Sublingual tablet without talking to your doctor first as it may cause a worsening of symptoms. Your doctor may get regular blood tests to check for liver function while taking this medicine.
