In Arrhythmia Cardisip Syrup is used to stabilize heart rhythms (particularly atrial fibrillation). It helps in normalizing an abnormal heart rhythm, preventing it from occurring in the first place, or slowing down the heart rate during an episode.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Skin rash, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats)']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Cardisip Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pregnancy

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Cardisip Syrup is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Driving

UNSAFE - Cardisip Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. .

Kidney

CAUTION - Cardisip Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cardisip Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of kidney function tests, potassium, magnesium and calcium levels is advisable while you are taking this medicine.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Cardisip Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Cardisip Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Cardisip Syrup, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
