Alcohol

Pregnancy

Cilnifree CH 10mg/12.5mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Breast feeding

Driving

Liver

Cilnifree CH 10mg/12.5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Cilnifree CH 10mg/12.5mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Cilnifree CH 10mg/12.5mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

If a dose of Cilnifree CH 10mg/12.5mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Cilnifree CH 10mg/12.5mg Tablet helps in the treatment of high blood pressure. It also lowers your risk of stroke and heart attack. Take it in the morning with breakfast to avoid getting up at night to urinate. It�may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. It may cause you to feel lightheaded or weak especially when you stand up (orthostatic hypotension).� Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. It may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and Inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness or very dry mouth. Your doctor may regularly monitor your blood pressure, kidney function and the levels of salts such as potassium in your blood while you are taking this medicine.
