It is advised to take Clindasartan-CH 150mg/6.25mg/10mg Tablet with food at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood. It may cause the frequent urination, hence take it at day time to avoid frequent urination at night. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it.
