This medicine relaxes muscles of the intestine and relieves spasms. Colmisa 135 Tablet should be taken in a dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It is swallowed whole with a drink of water preferably 20 minutes before a meal to relieve or reduce post-meal symptoms. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you discontinue treatment prematurely, there is a risk of symptom recurrence and worsening of your condition. This can lead to bleeding, frequent diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, cramps, and stomach pain. Colmisa 135 Tablet relaxes the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine) and relieves these symptoms effectively. Usually, it is used along with other medicines for the management of your condition. Continue taking it for as long as the doctor may advise you to. You need to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it. Take a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

If a dose of Colmisa 135 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
Colmisa 135 Tablet relieves symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome such as abdominal pain and cramps, bloating, flatulence and diarrhea alternating with constipation. Take it 20 minutes before a meal to relieve or reduce post meal symptoms. Talk to your doctor if your symptoms do not get better within two weeks of taking Colmisa 135 Tablet, or get worse at any time. Stop taking Colmisa 135 Tablet and consult a doctor if you experience difficulty in breathing or swelling of face, neck, tongue or throat. Do not stop taking the tablets without talking to your doctor, even if you feel better.
